At DecantX, we strive for complete customer satisfaction with every fragrance discovery; however, due to the nature of our hand-decanted products and strict hygiene standards, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your item is in its original, unopened packaging with the tamper-evident seal intact, as used or tested fragrances cannot be returned for safety reasons.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.
Pack Securely
Carefully package the item in its original shipping box or a similar protective container to prevent damage during transit, clearly marking the RMA number on the exterior.
Receive Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, excluding original shipping costs.
